<Shipping & Fulfillment>

All Dollyrotten packages are shipped through USPS(United States Postal Service) with tracked shipping.

Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to track the status your package.

Dollyrotten is New England based so transit times will vary depending on final destination location. These times can be longer during busy periods such as sales & holidays, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.

In the event the incorrect address has been entered when placing an order, please e-mail corpsecatlog@gmail.com
before your order has been shipped.

Plz Note: Dollyrotten is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address.

<Lost Packages>

Dollyrotten is not responsible for any loss or damages to packages or goods once they have been shipped.

If your tracking has updated to “delivered” but you can not locate the package, please try the following steps:

  • Double check the address entered when placing your order.

  • Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable).

  • Lastly contact your local post office.

For any further questions regarding your package once it has been received by the shipment center, please contact USPS or your local post office. 

<International Orders>

Dollyrotten is currently unable to offer international shipping.

<Returns>

You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive return instructions via e-mail.
